RUBBER MOULDING EQUIPMENT ARRIVES IN NEW ZEALAND

Earlier this month, together with our dedicated team and supportive community, we welcomed the arrival of our first batch of cutting-edge moulding equipment...marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our mission to revolutionise the manufacturing industry.

With this state-of-the-art equipment, we're gearing up to launch the production of innovative rubber moulded products made entirely from locally sourced end-of-life tyre waste streams, right here in beautiful New Zealand.

Our team is hard at work with commissioning underway as we prepare to bring our vision to life.

INVESTMENT UPDATE

We're pleased to provide an update on the progress of our sustainability initiative for end-of-life tyre product development in New Zealand.

REVYRE Global has successfully secured $3.5 million of the necessary capital for our groundbreaking project, a significant achievement in our journey towards sustainability.

Our project in New Zealand, operating under a proprietary license arrangement, is advancing with the aim of implementing clean green technology to address the issue of end-of-life waste tyre streams. Through our innovative approach of reprocessing tyres into a valuable material polymer for road construction, we will be actively reducing the environmental impact, while contributing to the circular economy.

With a technology nameplate capacity of 10,000 tons per annum, our project is poised to play a pivotal role in addressing the annual disposal of end-of-life tyres in New Zealand, accounting for approximately 10% of the total waste volume. These waste materials will be repurposed for road construction and maintenance, diverting them from landfills and stockpiling sites.

We’re delighted to share our latest advancements in testing and alignment with the Waka Kotahi M01-A specification. Our ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability has led us to a remarkable milestone and we're excited to introduce our new product, REVPOL, to the New Zealand paving industry.

Collaborative Engagement with WSP

Our journey towards meeting the rigorous standards of the Waka Kotahi M01-A specification has been a collaborative effort. We've worked closely with WSP, a renowned engineering consultancy, to conduct comprehensive testing and material validation. This partnership has been instrumental in ensuring that our product not only meets but exceeds the specified requirements.

Sustainability at the Core of REVPOL

REVPOL is a groundbreaking product that reflects our dedication to sustainability. It is crafted from end-of-life tyre waste and undergoes a sophisticated reprocessing technique to transform it into a high-performance polymer modifier. By diverting waste from landfills and repurposing it into a valuable construction material, we are contributing to a more environmentally responsible paving industry.

Enhancing Performance with REVPOL

The introduction of REVPOL has paved the way for remarkable advancements in performance. REVYRE Global, specializing in sustainable solutions, conducted initial trials using REVPOL to modify base 60/70 bitumen binders. The results were nothing short of impressive. The modified binders, fortified with REVPOL, were rigorously tested against the M01-A specification and the outcomes demonstrated significant performance benefits.
